As I was driving through Liverpool this weekend I noticed what seemed to be graffiti everywhere on derelict houses on this one street. After further observation I realised that it was related to the Tate, inspiring creativity. After a few houses the theme would change to another colour scheme, as you can see from the second photo- apologies for my photography skills, but in my defence, I was driving at the time. I thought that this was a really good way of marketing the Tate and also perhaps trying to appeal to a different audience, to me it seems to be suggesting that Art is for everyone.

Erwin Blumenfeld
Sur la Tour Eiffel, 1938

I love this photograph. . . so risque, but so natural, due to no equipment involved.
